I stumbled upon this store by chance whilst on holiday and was pleasantly surprised to try on such comfy, beautiful pairs of shoes. Purchased a stunning esparadille wedge which I can personally attest to being most comfortable shoe ever! Would definitely recommend Hotter shoes to others, and will certainly be buying more pairs in the future 😊

I adore Hotter Boots and bought 2 pairs from the July sale this year. I have to say that the service from the online and in store staff was fantastic. So friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to help me with a few problems that I had. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Hotter. I am thrilled with my boots too.

Amazing friendly assistant - so sorry I didn't recall her name but I am so happy with my black boots. Happily wearing them here in the UK where its actually difficult to find Hotters!
