Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at, within 7 days of placing your order.

We will despatch the courier to collect from the delivery address provided on the original order, unless an alternative is provided.

Provided the shoes are unworn and in their original box with packaging, a refund will be issued via your payment platform, once they are received and inspected.

Please note, that as our courier service is outsourced, there will be a R100 surcharge levied against returned items.

Please note that our system does not facilitate for exchanges.  You will need to log a return and place a new order for the style that you would like in it’s place.
